Welcome to the Catholic Central Academic Team. We are a competitive program that is open to all grade levels. Competition is based on a team's mastery of specific academic categories including Literature, Fine Arts, Science, Geography, History, Current Events, and Mathematics. The Catholic Central Academic Team competes at the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman level. All three teams compete throughout the state and travel out-of-state to nationally recognized tournaments. The Catholic Central Academic Team is a fierce competitor in the State of Michigan and is recognized as one of the most competitive programs in the Nation. The Robotics Team is composed of students from all grade levels. Every year, we create a new robot to solve a complex engineering challenge and play against other schools in highly competitive district-, state- and international-level tournaments.
The Vex Robotics Team is group of small teams (3 to 5 students) of any grade. Each team builds and programs a robot and competes in multiple statewide tournaments. Each year is a different challenge. Successful Teams compete in States and Worlds. Team members eligible to earn Letter.
