Fundraiser Basketball Game Held In Memory Of Jack Swamba ‘22

On Friday, December 29, 2023, a basketball fundraising game was held in honor of Jack Swamba ’22 at St. Edith Parish in Livonia. The game was a tribute to Jack Swamba’s tremendous spirit and character during his 19 years of life. Admission to the event was made possible by donating to the Jack Swamba ROTC Memorial Scholarship in his honor.

OCIT Students Take Next Step In Their Faith Journey

Students in the Order of Christian Initiation of Teenagers (OCIT) program attended the Cathedral in Detroit for the Rite of Election, which marks the last major milestone in the journey for students before the reception of their sacraments at the end of the school year. They were recognized by Archbishop Vigneron alongside members from every parish in the Archdiocese who are also preparing to receive their sacraments.

Evan Stockton ’14 Discusses Sports Broadcasting Career With CC Students

Evan Stockton ’14 spoke to students about his sports broadcasting career as part of the school’s Career Speaker Series. During his presentation, he discussed the path he took to become a sports broadcaster, how CC played a role, and what advice he would give to students who may want to pursue a similar field.
