Robotics Selected for Indiana Robotics Invitational

The CC Shambots are headed to the Indiana Robotics Invitational (IRI) in July, a prestigious invitation only competition where the best teams from around the world are invited to compete over the summer on the 2023 Charged Up! competition. The Shambots made the cut of a select invite list out of over 100 team applications. Part of the team will travel to Lafayette, IN July 6-8 to compete.

The invitational comes after a successful season for the Shambots, having secured district and state championships this season and having competed at FIRST Worlds

Students interested in joining robotics at Catholic Central are invited to email ccshambots@catholiccentral.net to learn about summer activities, in addition to details on a second Shambots team forming this fall for new members to learn about FIRST while competing with their own robot. No prior experience necessary.
