OCIA Students Gather for Christmas Eve Mass

Several students from the OCIA program attended Christmas Eve Mass together at Resurrection Parish in Canton during the holiday break.

Andrew Butler '26, who regularly attends Resurrection Parish, coordinated with Kaden Gonzales '27, Hunter Swanson '26, and Caden Krueger '27 so they could attend Christmas Eve Mass together. While the other students typically attend Mass at different parishes, they chose to come to Resurrection Parish in order to gather as a group.

Mr. Colin Whitehead ’13, Theology Teacher and OCIA Co-Moderator, shared the invitation and was also present at the Mass.

"It was beautiful to see them making this effort to get to Mass together even though their families were not there. They encourage one another," stated Rebecca Joseph, theology teacher and OCIA Co-Moderator.
