Justin Lurz ‘25 and Raymond Laskey ‘25 Excel in Microsoft Office Specialist Championship

Justin Lurz ‘25 and Raymond Laskey ‘25 achieved remarkable success in the Fall Qualifier for the 2025 Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) U.S. Championship, a prestigious competition testing students' proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Justin placed 5th in the state of Michigan in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 Apps), while Raymond secured 6th place in the same category, demonstrating their outstanding technical skills and dedication to academic excellence.

The MOS Championship, hosted by Certiport, is an elite competition that attracts the top student competitors from across the globe. 

Additionally, the MOS World Championship attracts more than half a million candidates each year from around the globe. 

The competition evaluates students on their ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs efficiently and accurately, with a strong emphasis on real-world application.
