John Linenberg ’89 and his wife, Deanna, recently returned from a memorable vacation in Europe that included a stop in Bruges, Belgium, where they visited the historic Basilica of the Holy Blood.

While there, the Linenbergs visited the Chapel of St. Basil and paused to say a prayer for the entire Catholic Central community. John shared a few photos from their visit, including images of St. Basil the Great and the chapel’s remarkable architecture.

John and Deanna are proud parents of Evan ’19 and Nathan ’21. A dedicated alumnus, John has been an active member of the CC community, returning often to speak with students in engineering classes and through career guidance presentations, as well as serving for many years as a VEX Robotics coach.

The Catholic Central family thanks John and Deanna for keeping our community in their prayers and for their continued connection to our mission no matter how far their travels take them.
