DRIVE Development Days Continue This Spring at Catholic Central

Catholic Central’s DRIVE Development Days series continues this Spring, offering students a chance to learn new skills and explore interests outside the classroom.

Hosted on Friday mornings during DRIVE holidays, these free sessions give students a productive and engaging way to use their time off. Each event is designed to be hands-on, practical, and relevant, whether that means learning a life-saving skill, exploring a potential career path, or picking up something entirely new.

In March, students took part in a variety of sessions. On March 13, participants earned CPR certification with Nurse Laura Helm, gaining valuable emergency response training. March 20 featured a session on the NCAA Eligibility Center, giving students exposure to both industry and college athletics requirements.

The following week, students had the opportunity to get in the kitchen with Grilling and Kitchen Fundamentals or focus on future careers through Navigating the Professional World, both held on March 27.

More sessions are on the way this spring, including:

  • True Colors Personality Profile | April 17, 2026
  • Interactive Resume Development and Mock Interview Workshop | April 24, 2026
  • Lasagna Love | April 24, 2026
