Dominique Fisher Memorial Foundation Donates $15,000 to Support Student Scholarships at Detroit Catholic Central

Detroit Catholic Central High School recently received a generous $15,000 donation from the Dominique Fisher Memorial Foundation, continuing the Fisher family’s heartfelt mission to honor the life and legacy of Dominique Fisher ’05.

The donation represents proceeds from the foundation’s annual fundraising event held at Texas de Brazil, where family, friends, and community members gathered to celebrate Dominique’s life and raise support for the Dominique Fisher ’05 Memorial Scholarship Fund at Catholic Central.

The Fisher family established the foundation to carry forward Dominique’s spirit of kindness, determination, and compassion by helping future generations of Shamrocks access a world-class Catholic Central education. Each year, the scholarship provides meaningful support to students who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and a commitment to living out the school’s Basilian values of goodness, discipline, and knowledge.

Through this ongoing effort, the Fisher family continues to ensure that Dominique’s memory lives on in the lives of young men who embody the same faith, perseverance, and heart that defined him as a student and alum.
