Christopher Okoye ’14 Named To Oakland County's 40 Under 40 Class of 2026

Catholic Central's Christopher Okoye ’14 was recently named to Oakland County’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2026, a recognition honoring emerging leaders, innovators, and changemakers making a significant impact across business, education, public service, and community leadership throughout Oakland County.

The program highlights young professionals who exemplify leadership, collaboration, and service while helping shape the future of the region.

For Okoye, the recognition reflects lessons first developed at Catholic Central through the school’s commitment to goodness, discipline, and knowledge. Today, as CC’s Director of Strategic Partnerships and Outreach, he works to build meaningful relationships with businesses and community leaders that create long-term value for both students and partners.

Through initiatives like Build a Better Business Club, BASE Club, AI literacy education, workforce preparation, and mentorship, Okoye is focused on preparing students to lead in an evolving economy while carrying the CC standard into boardrooms, classrooms, and communities across the country.

“CC helped shape the mindset, discipline, and leadership principles I now share with students, businesses, and audiences everywhere I go,” said Okoye.
