Catholic Central Summer Camps Return With Something for Everyone

Summer is here, and Catholic Central is once again preparing to welcome students to campus for another exciting lineup of summer camps and programs.

With opportunities in athletics, STEM, robotics, esports, and more, our summer camps give students a chance to stay active, learn something new, and experience the Catholic Central community.

This year’s camps include a wide variety of athletic opportunities led by Catholic Central coaches, teachers, and student-athletes. Camps focus on skill development, fundamentals, teamwork, and fun while allowing younger students to spend time on campus and work with members of the Shamrock family.

Examples of athletic camps include:

  • Football Camp
  • Basketball Camp
  • Baseball Camp
  • Lacrosse Camp
  • Soccer Camp
  • Volleyball Camp
  • Wrestling Camp
  • Rugby Camp
  • Hockey Camp
  • Tennis Camp
  • Golf Camp
  • Swim Camp
  • Sports Performance Training

Catholic Central also continues to expand its non-athletic camp offerings, providing hands-on learning experiences for students interested in science, technology, leadership, and problem-solving.

Examples of non-athletic camps include:

  • Camp Invention (for boys and girls entering grades K-6)
  • Leadership-in-Training Program (grades 7-9)
  • Robotics Camp
  • Quiz Bowl Camp
  • Esports Camp

Many of the non-athletic camps are open to both boys and girls and are designed to encourage creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in a fun environment. Programs are available for a variety of age groups, ranging from elementary students to incoming high school freshmen.

Last summer, more than 1,100 students participated in Catholic Central summer camps, and we expect another strong turnout this year.
