Catholic Central Students Attend Michigan High School Leaders Conference

Catholic Central High School students had an outstanding experience attending the Michigan High School Leaders Conference, hosted at Oakland University.

The students were invited to attend the conference by Bob Doyle, who also extended a warm welcome to the group throughout the day. Catholic Central is grateful to Oakland University for hosting the event and providing students with the opportunity to engage in meaningful leadership-focused discussions.

One of the highlights of the day was lunch, where the students were joined by Paul Glantz. During the meal, Mr. Glantz shared personal stories, offered real-world advice, and took time to thoughtfully answer students’ questions. The opportunity to learn directly from an accomplished leader made a lasting impression on those in attendance.

Following the conference, Mr. Doyle shared that Mr. Glantz expressed how impressed he was by the Catholic Central students, calling them “the cream of the crop.”

The following Catholic Central students represented the school at the conference:

  • Robert Asmar ’26
  • Nolan Barton ’26
  • Landin Bonnell ’26
  • Christian Calloway ’26
  • Paxton Heitsch ’26

  • John Schwark ’26
  • Bennett Thompson ’26
  • Lincoln Thompson ’26
  • Brandon Ventura ’26
  • Patrick Wisniewski ’26
