On Thursday, February 6, 2025, Catholic Central High School hosted its Incoming Scholarship Award Night to honor 60 students from the incoming class of 2029 who received either an Academic or Goodness, Discipline, and Knowledge scholarship. The event took place in the Chapel, followed by a reception in the George and Mary Turek Hall of Science.
Each year, Catholic Central reviews more than 400 applications. To qualify for an academic scholarship, students must achieve a national composite score of 90 or higher on the High School Placement Test. The Goodness, Discipline, and Knowledge scholarships are awarded based on a combination of application materials and are given to fewer than 10% of applicants.
Catholic Central’s primary focus remains need-based tuition assistance, and the school will award more than $2 million in grants for the 2025-2026 school year. For more information on Catholic Central’s scholarship process, please visit the tuition assistance page.
