Alumni Gather For 2025 Legacy Reunion

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, Detroit Catholic Central High School proudly welcomed back its alumni for the annual Legacy Reunion, honoring those who graduated 50 or more years ago.

A special shoutout goes to the Class of 1975, who marked their 50-year reunion this year.

The celebration began with a reverent Mass in the CC Chapel, celebrated by Fr. Fulton. Following the liturgy, attendees received a warm welcome and school update from President Ed Turek ’85. Director of Planned Giving John Doyle ’82 also addressed the group, sharing information about the school’s Planned Giving initiatives and the impact of alumni support.

After a group photo in the Chapel, alumni made their way to the cafeteria, where they enjoyed a buffet-style lunch, caught up with old friends, and posed for pictures.

We are grateful to all who attended and continue to support the mission of Detroit Catholic Central. Once a Shamrock, always a Shamrock!
