Alumni Gather At University of Michigan Dearborn For Campus Crusade

On Thursday, November 9, the Alumni Association visited Ford’s Garage restaurant in Dearborn for the University of Michigan – Dearborn Campus Crusade.  

The crusade attracted several Catholic Central High School graduates who also attended the University of Michigan – Dearborn, including Ford Garage’s Head Executive Chef, Darin Thompson ’86. 

The Alumni Association holds campus crusade events at various universities and colleges to stay connected with CC graduates, allowing them to network, reconnect with other graduates, or meet for the first time.   

During campus crusade events, graduates enjoy complimentary refreshments while catching up with their Catholic Central High School brothers and continuing the tradition of Goodness, Knowledge, and Discipline.

Catholic Central Beats Lowell in Annual Wrestling Assembly Match

On Wednesday, December 6, the defending D1 Champions, Catholic Central Shamrocks, hosted and defeated the 10X defending D2 Champions, Lowell Red Arrows, in the annual wrestling match, with a score of 33-21- The event was livestreamed by CC’s media club and can be viewed on the school’s YouTube channel.

Music Department Students Receive Standing Ovation For Christmas Concert

The Music Department held its annual Christmas Concert assembly in the gymnasium, featuring pieces from the jazz, concert, string orchestra, and symphony bands. The performance was livestreamed on the school’s YouTube channel and received a standing ovation once it finished.
