2023-2024 National Merit Commended Students

Catholic Central is incredibly proud to announce the names of our 2023-2024 National Merit Commended Students!

  • Joseph Abramoski
  • Augustine Cabello
  • Mason Chensse
  • Daniel Moore
  • Jack Samuel
  • Andrew Zoltowski

These young men have joined our five National Merit Semifinalists to add their names to the legacy of academic achievement at Catholic Central.

About 34,000 Commended Students throughout the nation are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise. Although they will not continue in the 20234 competition for National Merit Scholarship Awards, Commended Students placed among the top 50,0000 students who entered the 2024 competition by taking the 2022 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®). This places them in the top 3% of test takers across the nation.

Stay tuned for more information on these scholars!
