New Entrance Blessing marks beginning of many campus improvement projects coming soon

On Sunday, June 6, 2021, members of the CC community gathered to celebrate the blessing of its new entrance. The ceremony featured opening remarks from Dan Collins ‘84, Director of Advancement, a prayer from Fr. Mike Buentello, Director of Mission & Spirituality, speeches from Ed Turek ‘85, President, and Bob Gatt, City of Novi Mayor, and the blessing from Fr. Patrick Fulton, Principal.

“This new entrance marks the beginning of many exciting projects and improvements around our campus. As many know, we are already hard at work on our $1 million Learning Strategies Center expansion and we hope to have more exciting news this Fall about what is coming next,” said Ed Turek. “Thanks to the generosity of several key donors, this entire new entrance project was fully funded without the use of tuition dollars.”

Immediately following the blessing, the Alumni Glee Club sang the Alma Mater and those in attendance gathered for a reception.
