The DRIVE is Catholic Central's annual raffle ticket fundraiser for tuition assistance. It is an entire week of spirit assemblies, giveaways, sales challenges, hallway decorations, and much more! The most impactful element of the DRIVE, though, is the amount of money raised for Tuition Assistance.
Tickets are $5 each, and the raffle is for a grand prize of $20,000 (with smaller additional prizes available).
Watch last year’s video recapping memories of the DRIVE throughout the years.
This year's theme is Saturday Morning Television. The Freshmen have Nickelodeon, the Sophomores have PBS, the Juniors have Disney, and the Seniors have Cartoon Network. Each class has a section of the main hallway to decorate, and each homeroom is assigned their own micro-element of their class theme as inspiration. The result is a mish-mash of creativity, competition, and school spirit throughout the building.
By now, members of the CC community should have received DRIVE 2021 information in the mail. Students will be receiving their tickets today and sales will continue until Monday, March 1st.
Be on the lookout for some eager Shamrock Salesmen, or you can call the Office of Advancement at (248) 596-3838 and they will have a current student reach out to you directly.
A special thank you to our ticket sponsor, Antonio's Restaurants, owned by the Rugiero Family.
