Moms' and Dads' Club clothing drive is a great success!

The Moms’ and Dads’ Clubs clothing drive to support St. Al’s and Grace Centers of Hope was a great success!

There were six carloads of donations collected that filled half a garage, consisting of dozens of sleeping bags, hundreds of foot and hand warmers, several hundred pairs of socks, dozens of pairs of gloves with hats, and dozens of hygiene kits.

There were 6 volunteer drop-off sites, one of which served as a consolidation point.

14 CC students participated, and served by driving donations from drop points to the consolidation points.  They also packed and drove donation down to St. Al's and to a staging point for Grace Centers of Hope.  Several parents also helped drive and move donations.

For all those who donated, or encouraged your son’s efforts, thank you.  These items will be a great help to those in need this winter.  May God bless you for your generosity and care!
