Alumni Spotlight: Mitch Eisenstein '05

On Wednesday, January 22, Mitch Eisenstein '05 came to Catholic Central to speak at our annual Sophomore Career Conference on Finance, Marketing and Sports Management.

Mitch spoke to more than a 100 Sophomore about a career in Sports Marketing. Mitch wanted to provide the students with insights on how to position themselves for a career in sports and the things to focus on while still in high school that can help separate you from other candidates. He is currently a NFL Contract Agent and Marketing Representative, for NFL athletes: Richard Sherman, Bobby Wagner, Darius Slay, Casey Hayward, Kam Chancellor and Cliff Avril and the President and Founder of The Franchise Agency, LLC.

After his presentation, Mitch shared how he has brought Goodness, Discipline and Knowledge into the Sports Marketing world. “This is a motto that has lived with me well beyond my years at CC. To me it has a simple meaning - strive to be the best version of yourself in everything you do and live life with a purpose. In both school and business, I knew the things I could control were my work ethic and how I treat others. Hard work and respect are two attributes that, in my opinion, are essential to succeeding in a field. Hard work in school and in work has helped me position myself to get into a very difficult industry to crack. Respect towards others has allowed me to build lasting personal and business relationships that have propelled my career.”
