First Annual Dumpling Fest at CC

On November 1st, students from CC Chinese classes welcomed 30 people to the first annual Dumpling Fest.

Parent volunteers worked with students to make and serve the dumplings, and Mr. Hou was generous enough to donate and personally delivered two additional dishes.

The event was hosted by the CC Chinese Culture Club in the cafeteria, and is part of the club's efforts to help introduce other students to some of the culture they learn about on a daily basis. It was open to all students and staff, and the hope is that next year people return with an even bigger appetite!
