Faith

Jesus Christ, the Reason for Catholic Central.

More than just a few words greeting visitors in the main entrance of our building, Catholic Central places Jesus Christ at the center of everything.  Students are encouraged to build a relationship with Jesus through our deep theology curriculum, attending spiritual retreats such as Kairos, and by giving back to the Metro-Detroit area through community service.

Basilian Built

The Basilian virtues of goodness, discipline, and knowledge  permeate every aspect of student life at Catholic Central. They are at the center of every activity, be it academic, athletic, or social.

Faith Enrichment

More than simply guiding Shamrocks to have successful careers, it is our responsibility and our blessing to lead them to eternal life. By making the sacraments and other faith enrichment opportunities easily accessible throughout the school day, Catholic Central shows students they do not need to sacrifice their faith life in the pursuit of academic or athletic excellence.

Shamrock I.D.

Shamrock I.D. (Intentional Disciple) is a small faith group, where young men can delve further into their faith, their struggles in our over-secularized world, and share each other’s triumphs.

Each small group is mentored by a Catholic Central faculty member and focuses on a tenet of our faith and how we can all become better disciples, fathers, sons, and carry that into our future vocations.
