  • Kairos Reschedule (Jan 28-31)

    • The Kairos Retreat that was scheduled for January 28-31 has been rescheduled for January 17-20.
  • Kairos Interest

    Dear Student:

Thank you for showing an interest in participating in one of the upcoming the Kairos Retreats.  The purpose of this letter is to give you some more information about the Retreat, in order to help you determine whether or not you will be able to participate.

The Kairos Retreat is a four day, three night retreat that runs from 3:15pm on Thursday, through 4:30pm on Sunday.  The dates for this year’s Kairos Retreats are: October 29-November 1, January 28-31 (Rescheduled for Jan 17-20) and March 25-28.  These days can be some of the most incredible days of your high school years; as some of the past participants have described Kairos as a “life-changing experience.”

Since your participation at Kairos involves a huge time commitment on your part, it is essential that you check your calendar and make sure that you will not have a conflict with sports, school, work, and family commitments.  You will miss one day of school (depending on championship and DRIVE holidays), and it is your responsibility to make up any work you will miss before departing on the retreat.  If you wish to attend this retreat, please block this time off for you to be with God and the other young men who will be attending this retreat.

The cost of the Kairos Retreat is $210.  If you wish to participate, we will need a $100 deposit paid by September 11th.  Final Payment will be due one month before the beginning of your Kairos Retreat, as we will need to give a final count of the number of participants to the retreat center on that date.

Thank you for your consideration of participating in this retreat.  Please feel free to stop by the Campus Ministry Office if you have any questions regarding this experience.

    Yours in Christ,
